LeftScripts is not programmer inclusive
As a developer myself, it's a shame of me to not be aware that
LeftScripts
could mean a programming script like Javascript, GDScript, etc. It
would be a disrespect to my own kind without changing this. Lucky
enough, it wasn't long until I accidentally arrived at a better name
Lefty Lab
while I was creating a new reddit user for the post mentioned in
First post asking for help on reddit makes me happy
Here's why I think it's a great name.
- It carries the most catchy amount of syllables, three
- It carries honesty that this is more of an experimentation than a perfect solution
- It feels more natural knowing that we will end up with multiple pieces of work. Eg. Lefty Lab handwriting script/method is more natural than LeftScripts handwriting script/method
- It's clearly something for lefties
- It feels like something for 2026 and forward
- It doesn't sound like a programming language
- It open doors to wider range of potential outcomes/products
